Ryan Amon

Ryan Amon began his career composing music for motion picture advertising with the formation of his own personal project and company, City of the Fallen, in 2009.  Amon’s cues have been placed in campaigns for global blockbusters such as Watchmen, The Uninvited, Obsessed, Monsters vs. Aliens, Scorpion King 3 and The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor.  TV credits include Battlestar Galactica, Entourage, Saving Grace, Smallville, The Closer and V amongst many others.

A prolific composer for traditional orchestra, he also incorporates the use of ethnic instrumentation. This comes in part from his various travels to Central and South America, Asia, and Africa. Drawing from rock and electronic genres as well, he is continually exploring new avenues and voices of musical composition.

Robert Bennett

Robert Leslie Bennett is an American composer, conductor, and multi-instrumentalist living in Los Angeles. His music can be heard in feature films, video games, television series, and also at performances for the concert stage. After teaching music theory as a graduate student at Indiana University, Robert moved to Los Angeles where he worked as Hans Zimmer’s assistant on such films as Black Hawk Down. Robert has scored over eighty feature film campaigns, including Avatar and several of the Harry Potter and Pirates of the Caribbean campaigns.

David Buckley

David is a British film composer working in LA. He has worked with many of the leading filmmakers of the day including Ridley and Tony Scott, Ben Affleck, Joel Schumacher, Rob Minkoff, Luc Besson, Pierre Morel and Taylor Hackford. Recent film scores include Parker, The Town, Book of Dragons and The Forbidden Kingdom. He is also the composer for the hit CBS TV show The Good Wife, now in it’s fifth season, and has recently provided the score for Infinity Ward/Activision’s Call of Duty: Ghosts.

David’s first involvement with film music was as a choirboy performing on Peter Gabriel’s score for Martin Scorsese’s The Last Temptation of Christ. He continued his musical education at Cambridge University where he subsequently taught. After graduating, he moved to London and began a successful career writing music for TV shows and commercials. In 2006 David moved to LA to become an additional writer on a number of Harry Gregson-Williams’ scores including Shrek and Gone Baby Gone. He has also contributed music to the video game, Metal Gear Solid 4, and the TV show Shrek the Halls.

David was recently honored as a Brit to Watch by BAFTA and has been the recipient of 5 BMI AWARDS.

Or Chausha

Israeli-born Or Chausha has a global record of credits from London to Los Angeles to Tel Aviv ranging from film advertisement to video games and motion pictures. Chausha’s music has been featured in blockbusters campaigns such as Oblivion, After Earth, Texas Chainsaw 3D, The Iceman, The Purge, The Posession, Coma and Riddick:Rule the Dark. Or’s music was also featured in TV- Shows such as CSI: Miami. In addition, Chausha is the founder and CEO of ‘Prototype Scores’ a boutique catalog of music and sound design for film advertisement and video games.

Toby Chu

Toby Y. Chu is an American film and television music composer who has collaborated with the Grammy-nominated composer Harry Gregson-Williams for over a decade. Notable works include his score for the critically acclaimed television series, The Riches and credits as composer for additional music on the movies Déjà Vu, The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, Domino and Team America: World Police among many others. In addition, he has worked on the Metal Gear video game series.

Erick DeVore

DeVore was raised in Dayton, OH and discovered he had a passion for film music high school. He played in a couple bands, sang in some traveling choirs, and upon leaving The Miami Valley School, he went to Rhodes College in Memphis, TN. and started to develop his composition through music theory and history. Between his junior and senior year of college, he started as an intern at 20th Century Fox in TV music and quickly developed a relationship with the Film Music department. He was introduced to Hans Zimmer, ‘s Remote Control Productions in 2009, and was immediately offered an internship, which began after he graduated in 2010.

Quickly establishing himself as kindhearted and humble, he was afforded the opportunity to assist composers Jimmy Levine and Henry Jackman before he was offered the full-time position of assisting Steve Jablonsky. While with Jablonsky, DeVore assisted, arranged, and programmed on the following projects: Transformers 3, Battleship, Gangster Squad, Pain & Gain, ABC’s Desperate Housewives, and two Gears of War video games.

After almost three years, DeVore separated from Jablonsky to arrange and program with composers Nathan Furst on DreamWorksNeed for Speed, as well as Mateo Messina on NBC’s Crossbones. He now runs his own studio in Santa Monica and has composed the music for the short-The Skinny, a boxing documentary-When The Bell Rings, and his first feature, The Answer.

Accomplished trailer composer, Aleksandar Dimitrijevic’s music has been featured in the trailers of some of Hollywood’s darkest titles: Wolverine, Legion, Angels & Demons, Hulk, Valkyrie, Beowulf, Hannibal, Hellboy and The Mummy.

Charles Evans

Charles Evans is an American musician and composer whose work spans multiple mediums and ensembles. Evans specialises in hybrid orchestral/electronic music for games and film, and has collaborated with many other composers and musicians on his projects, including Golden Globe-winning musician, Lisa Gerrard.

Jochen Flach

German composer Jochen Flach is a versatile, trailer, TV and video games writer with a talent for writing iconic, epic cues.
Video games compositions include Mortal Kombat, The Settlers, Anno 1404 (best German game soundtrack 2009), PIXAR’s Toy Story 3 and Rush. Motion picture advertising campaigns include global blockbusters such as Sherlock Holmes – A Game of Shadows, Scorpion King 3 and Skyline.

Udi Harpaz

Composer/conductor Udi Harpaz started his Hollywood career orchestrating & arranging for popular TV shows such as Little House on the Prairie, Fame, Cheers and Knightrider

In 1985 Harpaz was chosen to compose the music for the popular TV series Airwolf (CBS). Since then, he has been composing for numerous TV shows & movies including Shell Game (CBS), Annihilator (NBC), , Shadow of Obsession
and many more. Harpaz has composed for many animated TV shows such as Spiderman (Marvel), Digimon Digital Monster (Fox), Centurions (synidicated), and Masked Rider (Fox). In addition to his vast TV work, Harpaz has composed the scores for numerous theatrical feature films including Hollywood Shuffle (Samuel Goldwyn), Running Scared (MGM), Ninja III (MGM), Naked Target (Frade) and The Whoopee Boys (Paramount).

Daniel Heath

Daniel has been a classical and Jazz pianist most of his life. Having earned 2 degrees in film scoring and composition went on to work for Hans Zimmer after graduation. Whilst working for Zimmer, Heath was part of the music team for blockbuster movies such as Pirates Of The Carribbean, The Da Vinci Code, and The Holiday. Over the years, Heath has also worked along side Blake Neely doing additional music and sound design for TV shows like The Mentalist, and Traveler.

Heath has had his music recorded by the London Studio orchestra, as well as the Budapest Symphony, and co‐wrote the hit single “Blue Jeans,” with Lana Del Rey and arranged most of the very successful album “Born To Die.” As well as that he has been very involved in the upcoming release of Del Rey’s “The Paradise Edition.” This time he arranged most of the album, co‐wrote the song “Bel Air” and produced 3 other tracks on the album.

Trailer credits include The Hobbit, Battleship and Snow White and the Huntsman.

Stephen Hilton

British composer Hilton is a composer, record producer, musician and programmer based in Los Angeles currently working with Hans Zimmer on titles such as The Fast and the Furious 6, Kick Ass, The Great Gatsby, Haywire, Madagascar 3 and Transformers 3.

Hilton has worked with many commercial artists, and has contributed to the works of Gwen Stefani,No Doubt, Pharrel Williams, Moby, Doves, Massive Attack, Depeche Mode, Badly Drawn Boy, and Dave Stewart.

Ben Kopec

Ben Kopec is a name synonymous with epic themes perfectly crafted for trailers. Kopec’s style combines orchestral instruments with many modern electronic elements to create a unique hybrid blend.

Kopec’s cues have been used in such trailers as The Tall Man and Super 35. Notable film credits include Promised Land, Never Surrender, Train, and Disorientation.

Matthew McGaughey

Matthew McGaughey holds a Bachelors of Music from The Eastman School of Music and a PhD in Composition from the University of York in the UK. As a composer for film and television, his academic experience in combination with knowledge of popular styles has helped to give his music a unique perspective.

McGaughey has scored eight feature films and contributed music to many more. Some recent titles include: Butterfly Dreaming, Chasing Tchaikovsky, Primal, and the documentary Make Believe.

Matthew has written extensively for television. His credits include Bravo’s Project Runway, Top Chef, and the Real Housewives franchise. Matthew has written over six title themes for major television shows such as Top Chef Masters, Top Chef Just Desserts, The Fashion Show, and The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

In addition to his work for film and television, his music has been a part of several advertising campaigns for companies as diverse as Carl’s Jr., Dell, HP, and Hasbro . His work is also gaining momentum in the trailer world where he has placed music in Star Trek 2: Into Darkness, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, and A.C.O.D., among many others.

Russell McKamey

Russell McKamey is a self-taught, California-based composer and producer. McKamey began writing, arranging and recording at the age of 13 with his first Macbook and has since gained a bachelor’s degree in Music Industry. Post graduation, McKamey began producing music for Borderline Disaster, a duo he founded once he moved to his current place of residence, Chico. Since then, he has been independently releasing albums.

Using the skills that he has long time developed, McKamey has begun following his dream; composing music for movies and trailers. McKamey possesses a distinct style and sound; blending hard synths, with tribal-induced drums, creating a unique, highly sought after sound.

Russell McKamey approached Fired Earth Music,’s A&R department in 2013 with a demo which was swiftly identified as the “fresh, gnarly, groundbreaking sound” they were looking for, and Fired Earth Music, were convinced that it was time to set to work on Soundesign Vol.2, the follow up to the successful Soundesign Vol.1, released in 2010. The album consists of ten tracks for Dark Sci-Fi, Thriller and Horror, and a bumper toolkit of approx. 200 effects and beds. Precisely what editors have been waiting for. FEM021, Soundesign Vol.2, is McKamey’s debut (and solo) trailer album and is available for licensing through West One Music, in Europe and APM Music, in North America.

Jesper Kyd

Award-winning Danish composer Jesper Kyd has created some of the most memorable soundtracks in genre entertainment. Internationally renowned for composing the unique, signature music soundtracks for multi-million selling franchises Assassin’s Creed and Hitman, Kyd’s compelling and distinctive scores feature a diverse array of orchestra, choir, acoustic manipulations and electronic soundscapes, immersing audiences with an emotional depth often described by critics as ‘rousing’, ‘surreal’ and ‘beautiful’.

Mark Petrie

New Zealand born composer Mark Petrie studied film scoring at Berklee College of Music before moving to Los Angeles. His recent focus on motion picture advertising has seen placements in dozens of high profile promos and trailers, such as: Angels & Demons, M:I4, The Amazing Spider-Man, The Green Lantern, Twilight: Breaking Dawn Part 2 and The Life of Pi.

Steve Ruff

Steve Ruff (AKA Steve Alexander) has completed extensive international touring and recording studio work with a wide range of artists, including Jeff Beck, Duran Duran, Grandmaster Flash and many more. Time with Jeff Beck included writing and performing duties on Grammy Award winning album ‘You had it Coming’.

Alexander is signed to pioneering Drum ‘n’ Bass label Reinforced Records, releasing critically acclaimed ‘Isometric’ series, at the cutting edge of musical Drum ‘n’ Bass.

TV music credits include work for BBC, ITV, CH4, ESPN, and Sky together with commercial clients such as Motorola, BT, The FA Cup and RFL .

Steve Ruff has created a wide body of work for West One Music, specialising in creating his own distinct style, which combines distorted beats, twisted sonic textures, electronic noise and ambient filth with more conventional musical elements, which he brings to the table in Fired Earth Music’s Bad Boy Trailer release.
